Managing Your Profile

Each user has the ability to modify their profile. Below you will find each of the settings available for you to change on your account.

How to Access Your Profile

From any page in the application, click on your user's avatar from the menu, then click on Profile.

Settings You Can Change

Your Name

While you are on the Profile page, you can update your first and last name. This will be updated across all items in the software immediately after you update it.

Your E-Mail Address

You can update your e-mail address at any time. Note: when you change your e-mail, you will be required to verify your e-mail address prior to accessing the software again.

Cell Phone Number

Prior to using two-factor authentication, you must add and verify your cell phone number in your profile. After adding your cell phone, your account will be eligible for two-factor authentication.

App Layout Type

We offer two different app layouts: top bar and side bar. These are settings unique to each user, so feel free to choose the layout that you like the best. See each screenshot below for an idea of what each one looks like:

Allow Notifications via E-Mail

When this setting is enabled, you will receive all regular notifications and updates within the system, as defined by your administrator. When this setting is disabled, you will only receive e-mails regarding account access (password reset, e-mail verification, etc.).

Daily Digest

Pipeline allows you to set a Daily Digest schedule to help keep you informed of any items requiring action from you on a daily basis. You can choose the interval and the time of day to receive this digest. You will only receive an e-mail if there are items requiring action from you.
