E-Mail Verification
Pipeline requires that all e-mail addresses be verified prior to using the platform. E-mail verification can only be done by the individual user (Pipeline Support and administrators do not possess the capability to verify e-mail addresses for security reasons). There are a few different ways your e-mail can be verified.
I have never logged in and have an activation e-mail
If you have never logged in to Pipeline and have received an onboarding e-mail, your e-mail address will automatically be verified when you set your initial password.
The e-mail subject will be "Activate your Pipeline Account" and will look like this:
Once you follow that link, you will see the following page:
Simply enter your e-mail address and set your password. Your e-mail will then be verified.
I have just created my own account
If you have created your own account using the "Create Account" prompt on the login page, you will need to request an e-mail verification once you log in. You will see the following page:
Click on the "Resend Verification E-Mail" button to get a verification e-mail. Once you receive the e-mail (typically less that 5 minutes), follow the link in the e-mail. Your e-mail address will automatically be verified.
