Resetting Your Password

We all forget things sometimes, and passwords are no different. Resetting your password is a quick process, detailed below:

Head over to your organization's login page. You can learn how to find your organization's login page here.

Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link below the login form.

Enter the e-mail address you use to log in to Pipeline and click "Send Password Reset E-Mail".

The password reset e-mail will come from support@trainwithpipeline.com. Follow the link in the e-mail to reset your password. Note: The password reset e-mail link will expire after 60 minutes.

Re-enter your e-mail for security. Then, set a new password and confirm it. You will be logged into the platform after setting your new password.

A successful prompt will display once your password has been changed.
